Lincoln at Trinity Bluff is a 304 unit multifamily development in downtown Fort Worth. The design for the project is a mannerist interpretation of the brick mercantile buildings in the downtown area. Tree-lined brick sidewalks surround the site creating a rich urban landscape. The rear side of the project has a panoramic view overlooking the Trinity River. A unique ‘wrap’ style design allows for resident entry by climate controlled hallways and concrete floors. The site also features courtyards with pools creating a desirable view from every unit.
