Aura Grand Corner is a manifestation of location and style blended into one. The Garden style apartment complex is made up of 291 one, two, and three bedroom units combining to house nearly 300,000 square feet of living space situated over 16 buildings. The traditional buildings have a modern intricacy that ties into the high end luxury materials and finish. The controlled access community lets residents enjoy all of the amenities of a pet park, resort style pool, athletic center, and resident lounge with the privacy of an intimate community despite the generous size of the grounds. 291 Units

Waters Edge

Farmers Branch, TX. Completed: 2014

Waters Edge is a traditional garden style apartment complex with elaborate brick work running up the entirety of the exterior facades. With 281 one, two, and three bedroom units amassing 11 buildings, this capacious project has established a new vernacular amongst the landscape. Despite the scale of the project, the direct access tuck under garages and community facilities create an intimate appeal. The detailed fenestrations in the elevations make a studied arrangement over the exterior facades that breaks up the rigidity of the massed forms creating a juxtaposed modular play between vertical masses and horizontal linear elements. 280 Units

 

Cielo

Austin, TX. Completed: Spring 2014

Cielo is a  Garden style apartment complex is made up of 326  one, two, and three bedroom units combining to house nearly 317,000 square feet of living space situated over 26 buildings. 326 Units

Alta Aspen Grove

Littleton, CO. Completed: 2012

Located on the South Platte nature preserve, Alta Aspen Grove is a state of the art apartment complex wrapped in the traditional feel of craftsman styled exteriors. It is a LEED Silver project that won the 2012 Multifamily of the Year award by the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. The interiors boast double sided gas fireplaces, private balconies, and granite countertops while the community grounds come complete with a resort style pool and dog park. The exterior trim and siding are faced with deep colors that compliment the local terrain while mixing well with the lower stone walls and features. 280 Units

 

Lincoln Las Colinas II

Irving, TX. Completed: 2012

Lincoln Las Colinas is a multi-phase residential project with a sprawling mix of both traditional garden style apartments and townhomes, and the contemporary urban environment of a mid-rise wrap style complex.

 

Monterra

Fort Worth, TX. Completed: 2006

Monterra Village is a garden style apartment community featuring 288 one, two, and three bedroom units situated over 27 buildings in Fort Worth, Texas. The direct access garages and multitude of communal amenities create a private get away in this fast paced neighborhood. The Southwestern color pallette and rustic materials borrow from the vernacular of what Texans lovingly refer to as "Cowtown." The project was completed in 2009 with modern finishes and tasteful adornments that are both marketable and meant to last. 288 Units

Village Hill III

Dallas, TX. Completed: 2005

Village Hill III is a 206 one and two bedroom unit multifamily development in Dallas spread over eight garden style buildings. Located in the Village, the Greenville area project incorporates a Craftsmen theme using classic materials and color pallette. The grounds also host a club house that affords residents an exciting lifestyle away from their more privatized units. The direct access garages and limited access entry add an ease of movement and extra layer of security to the community. 206 Units

La Villita

Irving, TX. Completed: 2005

La Villita Apartment Homes is a 409 unit multi-family development in Las Colinas that was awarded the Apartment Community of the Year 2006 and Best Garden Apartment Homes by the National Apartment Association. The project incorporates New Urbanist concepts with a Spanish eclectic theme, creating the appearance of urban villas overlooking tree-lined brick sidewalks and water-lined promenades. The building design features direct and in-direct access to tuck under style garages. Large landscaped courtyards, jogging trails, and immaculate pools provide desirable views from every unit. 409 Units

Centreport Lake

Fort Worth, TX. Completed: 2009

Centreport is a high density multifamily traditionally styled garden apartment community in Ft. Worth, TX with 452 units spread over 17 buildings. The complex comes complete with direct access garages, a marketing center, and luxury clubhouse. 452 Units

La Valencia

Frisco, TX. Completed: 2009

La Valencia was constructed with sustainability in mind and in turn, won the 2009 NAHB Green Building Award for Project of the Year in Multifamily - Rental. Direct access garages and a drive thru mail kiosk are some of the ease of access design features that make the community more livable. 270 Units

The Berkely

Fort Worth, TX. Completed: 2008

Located near the Texas Christian University campus in Fort Worth, Texas, the Berkeley is largely populated with students. This unique project has tuck-under garages, giving forty-five percent of the units direct access to garages, and another fifteen percent with indirect access. The ground floor units have individual front porches and select units have sun rooms in lieu of a balcony. 406 Units

Alta Cobb Hill

Frisco, TX. Completed: 2007

Alta Frisco is a community of 340 one, two, and three bedroom units in a gated community with direct access garages and some units featuring a study for the business minded tenant. The natural color pallet and materials create a soft contemporary environment for residents. 340 Units

Abbey of State-Thomas

Dallas, TX. Completed: 1995

The Abbey of State-Thomas is a high-end luxury apartment concept in ‘Uptown’ Dallas (near the central business district). Each unit has a garage opening onto one of two elevator lobbies. This Urban infill project is on a small lot that required a high density development. Special attention is paid to construction detail on the building which rival those of custom homes. Hardwood floors and wood casement windows provide the ultimate luxury living experience for ‘Uptown’ residents. 34 Units

Rosemont
Irving, TX. Completed: 1994

Archstone at MacArthur (formerly Rosemont Apartment Homes) is a luxury apartment home community in Las Colinas.  Each resident is provided with the security and convenience of an attached, direct access garage. Each apartment home was designed with a ground floor ‘front door’ entrance and a private garage entrance to enhance the feeling of home and privacy. 444 Units
