Centre Place Student Housing is the award winning first Green Built North Texas student housing community. The property includes two, four, and five bedroom units that afford students a seamless transition in their move to this dorm-apartment hybrid. Alta Seminole features many amenities designed for the active student including a game room, indoor sports court, and a state of the art fitness center. The units are leased by the bedroom allowing for an ease of transition for students moving often or quickly from their dorms but also permitting each resident ample privacy within the unit. This is attained with each bedroom having an attached walk in closet and bathroom.
