Aura Four44 is a mixed-use urban development that features multiple retail and restaurant spaces fronting on the street level totaling 11,485 square feet. 250 Units
Armstrong at Knox

Dallas, TX. 

Armstrong at Knox is a seven story, podium style, mixed use development complete with five levels of structured parking and multiple retail spaces on the ground floor totaling 28,000 square feet with plans for a specialty grocery, high end retailers and upscale restaurants. 165 large one and two bedroom units will create a luxury living environment with two elevated courtyards and expansive terrace level patios. The building was constructed to meet the National Green Building Standard while incorporating many well-appointed finishes.

Aura One90
Plano, TX.

Aura One 90 is a mixture of garden style walk up apartments surrounding a wrap style building housing an attached garage and courtyard with its units. Two four story buildings house the majority of the units with three three story buildings of medium size creating a middle ground between the large and the additional carriage buildings that house townhome style units. Construction is set to complete in early 2016. 386 Units

Alexan Las Colinas
Irving, TX
Alexan Las Colinas is a contemporary take on Hill Country style, completed Fall 2016, that features pool and garden courtyards along with a multitude of amenities including bike shop, wine tasting lounge and virtual golf. 307 Units
Aura Medical District

Dallas, TX. Completed: 2014

Located in the Medical District this project is a garden style apartment complex complete with one and two bedroom flats, as well as, townhomes. The tuck under garages allow direct access to the units creating a sense of privacy in this gated community. The buildings are mostly embodiments of modern vertically articulated exteriors accentuated with metal panel details and completed with high stucco parapets. However, in contrast, there are smaller, more intimate buildings housing the townhomes in a more traditional manner complete with gabled roofs and a lower, more vertically inclined profile. This dichotomy of style allows for a diversely populated community. 325 Units

 

Aura Prestonwood

Dallas, TX.

Aura Prestonwood is a contemporary apartment complex currently in the works that will feature pool and garden courtyards, a complete fitness center, and a luxury clubhouse. The exterior elevations are broken by shifts in mass, yet held together with rectilinear lines of fenestration carried out in decorative elements. High end features including the metal awnings excentuate this contemporary feel and help to break up the long lenghts of elevation. 322 Units

Alta Congress

Delray Beach, FL Completed: 2014

Alta Congress is a vibrant community comprised of 369 efficiency, one, two, and three bedroom apartments making up nearly 380,000 square feet of livable luxury. The exterior massing creates breaks and a lateral manipulation of the long horizontality of expansive facades. Steel awnings and sloped metal roofs allow for another stylized break in the elevation that draw the eye to the deliberately placed extravagant finishes and adornment. Interior pool and garden courts are encircled by the wrap style building that houses an interior adorned parking garage. This layout combines ease of access in a functional manner with the aesthetics of a high end pool, garden, fitness, and leasing center. 369 Units

Aura Wycliff is a contemporary urban residence centrally located in highly sought after real estate positioned between a thriving uptown, eclectic design district, Dallas’ top ranked downtown skyline, and easy access to main highways as well as public transit. This four story wrap building lends itself to a community feel amongst the urban sprawl with its private amenities contrasting the high paced surrounds of city living. There is over 266,000 square feet of living space comprised of 301 efficiency, one, and two bedroom units with a refreshing modern clubhouse. Lincoln Las Colinas is a multi-phase residential project with a sprawling mix of both traditional garden style apartments and townhomes, and the contemporary urban environment of a mid-rise wrap style complex.

 

Trinity Bluff I

Fort Worth, TX Completed 2007

Lincoln at Trinity Bluff is a 304 unit multifamily development in downtown Fort Worth. The design for the project is a mannerist interpretation of the brick mercantile buildings in the downtown area. Tree-lined brick sidewalks surround the site creating a rich urban landscape.  The rear side of the project has a panoramic view overlooking the Trinity River.  A unique ‘wrap’ style design allows for resident entry by climate controlled hallways and concrete floors. The site also features courtyards with pools creating a desirable view from every unit. 304 Units

 

 

Canal Side

Las Colinas, TX. Completed: 2006 

Voted best Best New Loft Apartment by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) in 2008, Canal Side Lofts seeks to create an atmosphere of fun and excitement. This 306 unit multifamily development is located in an upscale, urban area of the Metroplex. Behind the development runs a stunning man-made canal with water taxis and a pedestrian promenade. Enlarged windows promise exceptional views along the canal and across town. The facade is rhythmically divided creating a modern “brownstone” proportion. The unit designs are loft-style, open plans with large kitchen islands, concrete flooring, and ceilings 9 – 15 feet high. 306 Units

 

Alta Lakeshore Lofts

Located in the bustling Las Colinas urban center, Lakeshore Lofts is a soft loft concept for a mixed demographic of young urban dwellers and the hip mature. Features include a private clubhouse with media lounge, exceptional pool area, fitness center with yoga and meditation studio, and business center. Views of Lake Carolyn with hike and bike trails offer in-town recreation for residents. 341 Units

Trinity Bluff IV

Fort Worth, TX. Completed: 2014 

Trinity Bluff phases III and IV have adjacent sites and, combined, compose a community of wrap style apartments in a growing uptown. The flexibility of the site allows for its residents to split views of the Trinity River or the downtown skyline from their luxury residences. Community amenities such as the wine room, pool, and fitness center lend to the private feel while security is kept via the gated garage and keyed entrances. Combined 555 Units

Alta Heights

Houston, TX. Completed: 2014 

Located between the Washington corridor and the Historical Heights district sits Alta Heights, a luxury apartment home comprised of studios, one, and two bedroom units. On the building’s exterior, the ridged rectilinear facades are broken with the capping of cornices and outsets of balconies to create a rhythmic asymmetry. The private courtyards look onto the exterior amenities including a zero gravity pool while the interiors are comforted with granite countertops, European style cabinetry, and a technology package in all of the units. 256 Units

Design District

Dallas, TX. Completed: 2009 

This reclaimed industrial site is now home to a 61 unit per acre urban loft design. Oversized windows offer incredible vistas of the Dallas skyline and Victory Park. The building wraps a four level parking garage. The exteriors vary from stucco to brick and steel. 317 Units

The Ambrose

Dallas, TX. Completed: 2008 

Pulling out all the stops, Ambrose transports loft-style living to a higher place with its fast-forward collection of spacious, contemporary, apartment lofts. Located on the new DART Green Line rail station, adjacent to the Baylor Hospital campus and on the edge of the Deep Ellum district in Dallas, this development was designed to attract a diverse resident base. Many units have views of the downtown Dallas skyline. 325 Units

Alta Inman Park

Atlanta, GA Completed: 2005 

Alta Inman Park features studio to two-bedroom apartments with large loft style floor plans, gourmet kitchens, ten to twenty-foot ceilings, and skyline city views. Most units have a private patio/balcony. The community center has a swimming pool, clubroom, fitness facility, and business center. Controlled-access entry for enhanced security, covered parking, and landscaped courtyards complete the living experience. 253 Units

 

Plano Transit / Eastside Village

Plano, TX. Completed: 2000 

Plano Transit/Eastside Village is a public/private partnership combining the synergy between the City of Plano, Amicus Partners, and DART.  This mixed-use development portrays modern ‘cityscape’ architecture in the midst of a genuine town center, linking Plano City Hall and the DART rail station.  The apartment units feature private balconies with luxury kitchen and bath layouts. 246 Units
